The Green Bay Packers of 2024 will be unlike any other team.

Many predicted the Packers would be in a rebuilding year, but they wound up being one of the four NFC teams left. They also missed out on winning the conference championship by three points.

Brian Gutekunst Drops a Hint About A Blockbuster Trade Soon.

Packers general manager Brian Gutekunst alluded to the potential of a trade on Thursday at a press conference:.

Although the Packers still owe money to Bakhtiari ($40.018 million salary hit) and Jones ($17.028 million cap hit), it’s true that they won’t have much cap space in 2024. However, they will have an abundance of draft picks. Two selections in Rounds 2 and 3 of the 2024 NFL Draft give the Packers front office ample opportunity to be active this summer. They will have five picks in the first three rounds of the draft.

Usually, teams whose objective is to draft and develop players employ these picks solely in the draft. Nonetheless, Gutekunst’s remarks made the prospect of a blockbuster trade widely apparent.
