Fans from both sides swarmed the pitch as Sparta’s players started celebrating their win, setting off a major brawl. The police were called in to break up the warring supporters, and players had to be hurried to the locker rooms.

Sparta completed the golden double with this triumph, having also won the Czech championship this year.

Sparta has won the Czech Cup eight times in its existence. Their first triumph in the competition since 2020 is this one.
