Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp has spoken highly about Harvey Elliott ahead of the Reds’ forthcoming Premier League clash.
During his press conference prior to the game, the Liverpool manager expressed that the 20-year-old will be much more than just a “super-sub” in the future.
Elliott has participated in all but four of Liverpool’s Premier League games this season, frequently coming off the bench to have a significant impact for the Reds.
For example, in last week’s match against Burnley, he came on as a halftime substitute for the injured Trent Alexander-Arnold and assisted Liverpool in winning 3-1.
He has only made two starts for Klopp’s Reds this season, while playing frequently in the Premier League; thus, the nickname “super-sub.”
