January 9th – The best-case scenario for Pittsburgh Steelers star pass rusher T.J. Watt’s knee injury is two weeks away, according to an NFL

Network report on Monday. Watt sustained a Grade 2 MCL sprain.

To see him back on the field this season, the Steelers must first win their AFC wild-card game against Buffalo this Sunday. The Steelers are

the underdog by ten points. According to the article, Watt might make a comeback if the Steelers made it to the AFC Championship Game

In Saturday’s victory over the Baltimore Ravens, Watt sustained the injury late in the third quarter. During a play, Watt and a teammate

unintentionally collided, sending Watt to the ground. He was observed painfully striking the turf.

Watt had two sacks earlier in the game, bringing his season total to a league-high 19. Along with his older brother J.J. Watt, Watt, 29, is the

second player in NFL history to record two seasons with 19 sacks.

Watt is a six-time Pro Bowl selection and a three-time All-Pro. This season, he has also recovered three fumbles and forced four.
